Tropical Breeze Villa has a total of four bedrooms each with private ensuite bathrooms (all with walk in showers).

Two bedrooms have king size beds with doors leading directly out to the pool area with idyllic views of the beach and Caribbean sea.

The rear two bedrooms have queen size beds with doors leading out to private verandahs at each side of the property which provide views over the harbour and the hills.

All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, built in wardrobes with hangers and two of the bedrooms have in wardrobe safes for small valuables.

As you enter from the front door there is a stunning enclosed sunlit atrium with raised planters full of greenery and the tantalizing views of your private pool and Caribbean sea. There is a powder room (half bathroom) located near the entrance and opposite is the spacious sofa area for relaxing after a day in the sun. There are multiple areas within the property for relaxing and the main indoor area also has a TV with cable and additional sofa seating. All four bedrooms lead off of the main area so perfect for all age groups as there are minimal stairs for less mobile guests.

The large kitchen leading off from the main area is fully equipped for eight guests and has an electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Sub Zero fridge and freezer, ice maker, water purifier and island seating with bar stools for a casual morning breakfast, plus multiple small appliances such as Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, coffee grinder and press are provided.

Leading off from the kitchen is the utility room with a large LG washing machine and separate LG dryer, plus ceiling hung drying rails and ironing board and iron. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided.

There is third outdoor sheltered sofa seating area which stretches the width of the house. In this area is an dining table with 8 chairs, BBQ and full sized pool table with multiple ceiling fans to make the most of the balmy evenings outdoors.

Relax by the pool and listen to the sound of the birds and the waves lapping gently on the shore.

The pool and expansive sun terrace with loungers is perfect for getting that holiday tan and if you get too hot, cool off in the pool with the swim up pool bar area with sunken pool seating to enjoy a refreshing drink whilst enjoying the view. Spacious outdoor seating areas also provide a shady place to relax and enjoy the views out of the sun. Ceiling fans providing a nice breeze at any time of the day.

Our wonderful property manager, Saskia, is based within Jolly Harbour Village and will be on hand for check in/out, and to organise additional activities or services as required, upon request and at an additional charge.

For the more adventurous guests, we provide complementary paddle boards. Direct access to the beach is just steps away from the pool terrace through our private beach gate.

We advise all guests to rent golf buggies for the duration of their stay and we can assist with organising this as well. Golf buggies are a fun and convenient way to get around Jolly Harbour and Tropical Breeze Villa is a short 5 minute buggy ride to the supermarket and restaurants.

Please note booking of golf buggies in advance is recommended to ensure availability for your stay.

Jolly Harbour Village is only 40 minutes’ drive from the airport and offers a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, an Epicurean fine foods supermarket with bakery and hot food counters. Yacht charters, a golf course, sports centre, car and golf buggy rentals are also based within Jolly Harbour for your convenience.
