Ginger Villa is a four-bedroom, 3 bathroom Beach Villa situated on the breathtaking sands of Palm Beach in Jolly Harbour Marina. Set in beautiful tropical landscaped gardens with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. This is a unique beachfront property that also has the added benefit of a marine mooring of approximately 85 feet adjacent to the villa. The mooring has been fitted with a customised boat lift for an approx 50ft catamaran and a launching crane for a dinghy lift. The dock is built from Greenheart wood decking.

A galleried front patio perfect for morning coffee and watching the waterway greets you to the front of the villa.  The driveway to the front can accommodate 2 large cars and a golf cart.

Upon opening the imposing front door there is a large kitchen to both sides with every modern appliance available, and breakfast bars to both sides. There is a large utility room to the side where space has been used to the maximum with storage washing machines and a drying area for linens.

The solid wood dining table seats comfortably ten people, from here the open plan lounge with comfortable seating makes this property feel very homely having also panoramic views out onto the alfresco dining area, pool and beach and the Caribbean Sea. There is internet access, satellite, TV, DVD, CD Radio.

Large wooden louvre windows are fitted to all rooms allowing the cooling breezes to flow through, fans are also fitted in most rooms

There are four fully air-conditioned double bedrooms two with king-size beds and two with singles.
All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and full ensuite facilities The master bedroom has the added advantage of a large walk-in shower and stunning views onto the rear patio gardens and beach.

The gardens are landscaped and form a very attractive part of the villa. Lush planting surrounds the pool and decking area, tropical planting provides privacy and colour. The gardens have lemon, lime and banana trees within the grounds. The rear gardens have direct access to the beach via a lockable gate.

High Season (15 November – 14 May) – US$10,000.00 per week

Peak Season  (Christmas, New Years, Easter) – US$15,000.00 per week
